Ingredients

30 to 45 minute
4 person
  1. 1/2 kgboneless beef (under cut)
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  4. 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
  5. 1 tbspcorn flour
  6. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  7. 1egg
  8. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1 tsphot sauce
  10. Ingredients for Gravy
  11. 1/4 cupoil
  12. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  14. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  15. 1/4 tspsalt
  16. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 5-6green chilli half cut
  18. 3 tbspwater
  19. Egg Fried Rice

Cooking Instructions

30 to 45 minute

    Wash and clean the under cut beef.

    Now take a bowl add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and egg.

  3. 3

    Add soya sauce,hot sauce, vinegar and corn flour and mix well.

  4. 4

    Marinate for 3 hours and keep in fridge.

    Now heat the wok add oil then add marinated beef and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes and keep aside.

    Now take a wok add 1/4 cup oil add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minutes, then add green chilli and stir fry.

    Now add the beef and stir fry.

    Now add sauce and spices and stir fry then add fry beef and cook it for 5 minutes. (Don't over cook otherwise beef under cut is hard)

    Add 3 tbsp water and stir it for medium heat.

    Beef Chilli is ready to serve with fried rice 🍚.
