Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber 🥒
  2. 1carrot 🥕
  3. Halfcup cabbage 🥬
  4. 1 tbsLemon juice
  5. 2 tbsolive oil
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 3 tbsblack olives
  9. 8_10 mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and peel carrot and cucumber then grate it.. finely chopped cabbage 🥬

  2. 2

    Then add in olive oil,sugar,salt, black pepper and add in lemon juice and mix well

  3. 3

    Garnish with mint leaves and sliced black olives then serve
