Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  1. Yam
  2. Salt
  3. 2Maggi cubes
  4. Pepper, curry
  5. Oil to fry
  6. Onion

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the yam,wash and cut into pieces then keep aside

  2. 2

    Peel onion and pepper, grate pepper and slice the onion

  3. 3

    Add little oil in a pan heat for 2 minutes add onions, follow by pepper,maggi and curry cook for 4 minutes don't allow it to over cook

  4. 4

    Put oil in pan allow it to become hot sprinkle salt on the yam mix and fry serve hot and enjoy
