Fried yam with fish sauce
My special yam for Easter.
Cooking Instructions

Peel the back of yam,sliced and parboil it when it done then fry it and set aside.
- 2
Boil fish with spices and seasoning,ginger and garlic fry your pepper, salt,onion till done, add fish,maggi,curry,mix spices,little water and stir leave for some minutes and served.
