Spread on toast with leftover bread toast

In our homes the leftovers of bread is always there, so what to do is collect them n store in fridge/freezer and use according to need. I mostly make bread crumbs,crotons, bread pudding, toasty use in salads or just toss them in honey and sesame seeds and bake it with butter.Sometimes make balls with leftover chicken /beef /vegetables..
