  1. 1 cupBeef undercut
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. 2-3Green Chilli
  5. For Beef Marination
  6. 1 TbspSoya sauce
  7. 1 TbspVinegar
  8. 1 TbspGinger paste
  9. 1 TbspGarlic paste
  10. 1 TspMeat Tenderizer
  11. 1 TspOil
  12. 1/2 TspBlack pepper powder
  13. 1/2 TspBaking powder
  14. 1/4 TspSalt
  15. 1/4 TspSugar
  16. 1Egg white only
  17. 1 TbspOil to fry
  18. 1 TbspGinger Garlic paste
  19. For Gravy
  20. 2 cupBeef stock
  21. 2-3 TbspCornflour
  22. 1/2 TspBlackpepper powder
  23. 1 TbspWorcestershire sauce
  24. 1 TspSoya sauce
  25. 1/4 TspSalt(to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Take beef undercut meat.pond the beef with meat pounder or rolling pin.cut beef in thin chunks/pieces. mix all marination ingredients in a bowl except 1 Tbsp oil. Add beef & coat well.cover the bowl & leave to marinate for minimum 30 min.heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan or wok.add beef chunks & stirfry over medium-high flame.gradually add marination liquid also.gry till beef tender.

    Take 2 cup beef stock in a pot. ( can use any other stock. Add the gravy items in pot except cornflour.add beef in pot, give a boil, let it simmer on low-medium flame for 8-10 minute covered.in the same wok.stir fry cubes of onion,capsicum & green chillies.mix cornflour in water add in gravy with continuous stirring to avoid lumps.let the gravy thickens to desire consistency.lastly add onion capsicum chillies.serve hot with fried rice.Enjoy with Cookpad.
