  1. 2 mediumcucumbers (peeled and sliced)
  2. 1 mediumonion sliced thin
  3. 1 cupwhite distilled vinegar
  4. 1 cupcold water
  5. 4 tbspsplenda sweeter
  6. 1 tspcelery seeds
  7. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the cucumber and onions in a container sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add ice water to cover and let stand for 30 mins.then drain.

    Mix remaining ingredients put in a quart container. Add cucumbers and onions and add to the brine.cover tight and refrigerate for 3 hours.
