2 mediumcucumbers
1/4 tsppink Himalayan salt
1/4 tspground black pepper, fresh
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
1 tbspmalt vinegar

Cooking Instructions

Shave the cucumbers, I used a vegetable peeler.

Add salt and pepper. Add paprika, oil, vinegars, and cheese toss well serve Hope you enjoy!

My mother used to make a similar recipe when I was younger. I was never able to get the recipe from her so this is the best recreation of it.
