  1. 1 boxjiffy cornbread mix
  2. 1eggs
  3. 1 1/3cup of milk
  4. 2 slicebacon
  5. 5 ozmaple syrup
  6. 1 1/4 stickbutter
  7. 1cinnamon and sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Cook bacon till crispy, then mince.

    Add bacon, jiffy mix, milk, egg, and syrup.

    Fill muffin tin (makes about 8) and bake @400 for 15-20 minutes.

    Melt butter and mix with cinnamon and sugar. After muffins are done, baste and leave in for one more minute.

I love to experiment with all types of meats, slow cooker, casaroles, and grilling. I use lots of bacon and cheese. I do like to tweak my recipes so if you see somthing changed, then it got a good review. New house in the spring, so check back for lots more grilling recipes!
