Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFine Sugar
  2. 1 1/2 eachEgg and 1 Yolk
  3. 1 1/2 cupAP Flour
  4. 1/2 cupSelf-Rising Flour
  5. 1 eachchocolate frosting & vanilla frosting
  6. 2 tbspBacon Drippings
  7. 1 tspHoney
  8. 1/2 tspVanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    Combine sugar and eggs until smooth. Mix in bacon drippings, honey and vanilla

  3. 3

    Sift flour and incorporate into wet mix making sure no lumps form

  4. 4

    Knead dough for 10 seconds and chill for 20 min

  5. 5

    Form cookies and bake for 15-20 min until golden

  6. 6

    For Maple Frosting: Add 2 tbs good quality maple syrup to your chocolate frosting

  7. 7

    Decorate and enjoy :)
