Ingredients

24 servings
  1. 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 cuppacked brown sugar
  5. 1/4 cupbutter, melted and cooled
  6. 1 largeegg
  7. 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  8. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  9. 1/2 cupchopped pecans, toasted
  10. 1/4 cupQuick oats
  11. 2 sliceTurkey bacon, crisp-cooked, cooled, and chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.

  3. 3

    Whisk flour, baking soda, abs salt in a medium bowl.

  4. 4

    Whisk brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.

  5. 5

    Stir in flour until blended.

  6. 6

    Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, oats, and bacon. Let dough stand for 10 minutes, until slightly firm.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, making about 24 cookies.

    Bake cookies, one sheet at a time, until golden brown, 10-11 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
