Tried this meal i watched on food network channel and wow is really nice.

Peel and slice the avacado,fresh pepper,onion,cucumber

Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk,add salt.
- 3
Heat up the coconut oil pour in onion,fresh pepper fry lightly and pour in the egg fry for 2minutes(no stirring)
- 4
Pour in the cucumber then the avacado.sprinkle the dry pepper.
