Standard Chinese-style Stir-fried Egg and Tomatoes

I always make this dish, so my hands remembers how to make it.
Caution:
1) This dish is delicious seasoned simply with salt and tomatoes, so don't add other ingredients or vegetables or it'll mess up the dish. If you don't like the tartness of tomatoes, half the amount of tomatoes.
2) Use salt and pepper if you don't have ground Sichuan pepper powder.
1) Peel the tomatoes (tip at Recipe ID : 851662).
2) Use slightly more salt than usual to bring out the tartness of the tomatoes. Adjust the amount of salt depending on the tomato size. You can add water to the stir-fry so it becomes soupy. Recipe by Beru

Stir-fried Eggs and Wakame Seaweed with Chikuwa Stir-fried Eggs and Wakame Seaweed with Chikuwa
I used dried wakame seaweed and ended up with too much after rehydrating it.If you have any leftover wakame seaweed after making salad or soup, give this a try.Chikuwa and wakame seaweed give a good flavour to this dish. Drizzle soy sauce or mentsuyu on top before serving.Stir up the egg mixture when the edges start to set. Otherwise it will lose the nice yellow colour of the eggs and the result will turn out messy. Chinese Cucumber and Egg Stir-Fry Chinese Cucumber and Egg Stir-Fry
This is a standard Chinese home cooking recipe that I make all the time.My 2 year old son eats the cucumber only, and my 1 year old son eats the egg only. Just like nikujaga (Japanese meat and potatoes) in Japan, every family in China has a slightly different recipe for this. This one has a north-east China flavor. If you don't have any Sichuan pepper, you can substitute black pepper. But Sichuan pepper eggs are so delicious!Slice the cucumber thickly. Put a timer set to 1 minute as soon as you put the cucumber in the pan. The cucumbers taste better if they retain their crispy texture, so don't cook them for longer than a minute. For 1 plateful. Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama cookpad.japan -
