#dates recipe.
Mostly Ramadan season people's we're prepared briyani, pulao, frie Drd rice. Naturally always we are cooking nonveg or vegetables pulao or briyani. Today I just try out swt pulao with dates and dates syrup, it's very nice totaste BT after cooking i taste it really awesome, Very very simple recipe also easily available ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 5Dates
  2. 3 tablespoondates syrup
  3. 1 cupbasmati Rice
  4. 1 small stickCinnamon
  5. 2Cardamom
  6. 1Star
  7. 2Cloves
  8. 1Bayleaf
  9. 2 tablespoonSugar
  10. 1 tspPepper
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. as neededWater
  13. 6-7Cashews
  14. 6-7Rasins
  15. 6-7Almond

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice throughly and keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped almond, cashews, and rasins, once it became fry remove the separate plate

  3. 3

    In the same pan add rice and saute gently, once it became very crispy remove the another plate

  4. 4

    Heat the pressure cooker or any other thick bottom vessel

  5. 5

    First caramized the sugar, then add dates syrup and saute it

  6. 6

    Again add chopped dates, all spices, pepper powder and water mixed together

  7. 7

    Use 2cup water for 1 cup basmati rice

  8. 8

    Add salt to taste mixed it again

  9. 9

    Cover the lid on the pressure cooker, wait untill it cooked

  10. 10

    3 to 4 whistle, switch off the flame and wait at least 5mins let the rice sit into the cooker.

    After 5mins open the lid and add fried nuts

  12. 12

    Date pulao ready to serve
