I so much like bread and that makes me to take bread everyday of my life but I have never for once try to bake it at home until I join cookpad and this contest also, that's what make me start thinking of baking my bread at home and yes I made it and the taste of the bread is delicious I like it, thank you cookpad #BAKEABREAD

It is one of my favourite bread since I was kid. Now it is such a grateful skill that I can bake my own bread.

I am a failure sometimes at gadgets. I make this because it doesn’t fail on me (much). Makes a nice heavy bread and my kitchen smells great. The recipe that came with the manual was a culinary nightmare with the top never cooking right. This recipe I found on line is so much better. Make it at night. Then in the morning the bread is still warm...

I watched a video online how to make this and tried it my own way. Here is my recipe for this delicious bread :) This will be my go-to recipe for bread from now on. :P

By chance I baked bread using some okara I had in the freezer. This bread had the same moist, tender and fluffy texture and lightly salty taste of bread I had in a New York Italian restaurant.On January 13th, 2009 I revised this recipe to include butter. My daughter ate double soft bread and said "I want to eat this bread again..." so I did my best and made it!!When stretching the dough into the long shape make sure the ends aren't too thin.To keep it from burning, cover it with aluminum foil once it starts to brown.
