Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoya granules
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspginger grated
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbsptomato puree or 1 tomato chopped
  10. 6-7paneer cubes
  11. 1 tbspcooking oil or ghee
  12. as requiredCoriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Soak 1 cup soya granules in warm water for just 10-15 minutes

    In a pan put cooking oil
    Add whole cumin to it

  3. 3

    When it splutters add chopped onions (optional)
    Finely chopped or grated ginger

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder and salt as per your taste
    Saute for a minute then add chopped tomatoes or puree

    Now add soaked soya granules and mix well
    Put small cubes of paneer and cover the pan fr 5-7 minutes

    Remove the lid to check
    If done then just let it be on the flame for 4-5 minutes to let the water dry if any

    Serve hot with phulka or parantha.
    It's a quick and nutritious recipe

    Garnish with coriander leaves
