Wash your rice with hot water and set aside....

Pour groundnut oil in a clean pot and allow to heat then add your onions and allow to fry a little...add your tin tomato and allow to fry...when dried already add your tomato mix and allow to cook for 20-25min to avoid the sour taste...

When it has done add your meat stock, your Bay leaves, salt and ingredients too add more flavor... when you are done adding adding your ingredient you cover the pot and allow it to steam for 5min then add your rice and allow to cook...
