  2. 3 tbspcabbage (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2 tspCapcisum (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2onion(finely chopped)
  5. 2 tbspcoriander (finely chopped)
  6. 1/2 cupcream /malai
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. As Per TasteSalt
  9. 8bread slices (brown or white)

    Firstly in a large bowl add malai, and all the veggies mix well.

    Add black pepper and salt and mix well.

    Remove corner apply butter and spread 2 tbsp of prepared vegetable malai mixture cover with another bread slice and press gently.

    Finally, enjoy a malai sandwich with tomato sauce.
