Okay, I admit it, grilled cheese is so easy to do, so why a recipe for it? Most people use butter on the bread but I saw a cooking tip on TV years ago to use mayonnaise instead. It browns better and does not make the bread soggy.

We love grilled cheese and BLT's so it seemed a good way to get both!
