Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAaloo Sabzi(sukhi)
  2. 1medium sized Onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2 cupMozzarella Cheese (grated)
  4. 4-6Bread Slices
  5. 1medium sized Tomato (cut in round slices)
  6. 1/2Cucumber (cut in round slices)
  7. as requiredButter for applying on bread
  8. as requiredGreen chutney for applying on bread
  9. as neededTomato ketchup and Mayonnaise for serving with sandwich

Cooking Instructions

    Smash aaloo sabzi with pav bhaji smasher. Add onions to sabzi and mix well.

  2. 2

    Take two bread slices. Apply butter on one slice and green chutney on another slice. If you want, only butter or green chutney can also be used.

    Take about 2 tbsp of prepared aaloo sabzi. Spread sabzi on anyone slice(butter or green chutney applied slice). Keep tomato slices and then keep cucumber slices. Sprinkle some grated cheese and put other slice on it.

    Heat up the sandwich maker. Keep prepared sandwich in sandwich maker. Grill the sandwich till it turns golden brown from both sides.

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
