Boiling the pork belly about 30 minutes with low heat. Remove n drain the pork belly

Piercing all over pork skin of the pork belly

Deep fried the pork belly with the skin face down. Cover the pan. About 5 minutes, check if the skin is bubbling all over, then flip over the pork belly. Remove n drain the pork belly

Soak the pork belly in cold water, better add some ice cube. Until tender. Maybe about 2 hours.

Slice the pork belly.

Roaster the dried shrimps in pan and then stir fry the garlic, shallot, and big red chillies. Put in the mushrooms, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, white pepper and hot water. Then put in the pork belly. Cook until boiling.

Pour it in the bowl and then steam it about 2 hours with low heat, until tender.

Take the broth into a pan n put in the corn starch. After thickening, remove n pour it into the pork belly.

Ready to served. It can be eat with rice or folding buns
