4 years ago when I was in Finland for a visit, I tried out this soup. I love how simple this soup (to cook), but one of the tastiest soup I ever had. I love my meals simple 😉😉🤓

Gather all your ingredients. Wash the veggies well. Turn on the kettle to boil 75ml of water.
Dice the veggies into dices in the same size...

Melt the butter and sauté the leek in it. Add the veggies, the boiled water, the bay leaf, salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes...

At the meantime skin the salmon, and dice it in the same size of the veggies...

Poke with a fork to see if the potatoes are cooked. If yes drop the salmon chunks "Beautifullllllllyyy" 😄...
cook for 10 minutes in medium temperature with the lid on...

Add the cream and the chopped dill and turn off the cooker and leave it covered for 10 minutes...
Enjoy with a dash of lemon and a piece of bread!!🎉🇫🇮😊
