料理步驟

鮮菇(汆燙丶切碎)
瑤柱(浸洗丶撕開丶切碎)

把全部料和調味(鹽丶糖丶黑胡椒粉丶薑粉丶𧐢油丶生粉丶麻油)攪拌均勻Mix everything together with salt,sugar,black pepper,ginger powder,oyster sauce,cornstarch,sesame oil

把帶子切成3片,用味醂和鹽醃帶子(切開2-3片)Cut the scallop into 3 pieces, then marinate scallops (cut into 2-3 pieces) with salt and mirin
在燒賣上放帶子片,然後粟米粒。蒸8分鐘place scallops on top, then corns to decorate. Steam 8 mins
