After cooking the rice,let it cool. ※refer to the tips below

Finely chop the chives & the stems of coriander

Then mix with the ◎ seasonings.

Mix ③ into the rice from ①.

Chop the nuts coarsely and mince the garlic.

Heat the sesame oil in,add garlic,and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the pork and nuts,and stir-fry.

Once the meat changes color,add the curry paste and mix

Add the sugar,stir-fry,and let it cool.

Thinly chop the lettuce and place it on top of the rice.

Top with minced onion and the leaves of the coriander.

Dice the tomato and place it on top.

Top with the meat from step ⑨ and it’s ready!

When eating,be sure to mix well!

①since 1cup in Japan is 180ml,you’ll use about 270ml of rice(adjust to taste)
