Cara Membuat

Get all the ingredient set

Cut the chillies into small pieces. Then boil all the ingresdients (but let the lime leaves and the lime out) in the hot 150ml water. Boil it until the water completely reduce

Put the boiled ingredient into a blender or chopper (I used pulse style blender) You may use the traditional grinder (cobek). I bit them not to smooth

Then heat the cooking oil. Pour all the ingredient. Stir well and fried until it smells nice. Add the lime leaves. Shreaded the leaves first. You may add some oil if you think the paste is too dry

Stir it for once and twice. Then add the salt untill you find the taste.

Finally (and this is optional if you have allergic with seafood perhaps not adding this) add the fried achovy. Stir well until the chilli cooked well.

Tips: if you add the fried achovy better reduce the salt as usually the fish is already salty. Add some lime juice to get the sour fresh taste. I used jeruk limau.
