Ingredients

  1. 2cucumbers
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsesame oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoongrinned garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut cucumber and put in plastic bag.

  2. 2

    Beat cucumbers with rolling pin.

  3. 3

    Season with salt, garlic and sesame oil.

  4. 4

    Garnish with sesame.
