The key is to use cold ingredients and add ice cubes to keep this smoothie/shake cold and ensure enjoying it from start to finish. I am currently using this as a weight gain recipe. Feel free to suggest more protein efficient items that I can add to it for faster results.

Ingredients

  1. 1large ripe banana, cold
  2. 1large egg, cold
  3. 1 cupmilk, cold
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Gather ingredients

    Cut bananas into bite sized pieces and place in the blender. Break the egg and add to the blender followed by milk and vanilla

  3. 3

    Blend to a smooth consistency and pour into a cup

  4. 4

    To keep cold, add ice cubes. Enjoy!

I usually make this but never knew u could add raw egg to it i tried it last night it was good.the egg doesn't even smell.the difference with mine is i added cinamon and boiled peanut. Thank you bianca ur reciep was delicious hope to try more soon😚
