The key is to use cold ingredients and add ice cubes to keep this smoothie/shake cold and ensure enjoying it from start to finish. I am currently using this as a weight gain recipe. Feel free to suggest more protein efficient items that I can add to it for faster results.

Gather ingredients

Cut bananas into bite sized pieces and place in the blender. Break the egg and add to the blender followed by milk and vanilla

Blend to a smooth consistency and pour into a cup

To keep cold, add ice cubes. Enjoy!

Anyway, the Watermelon was sitting in the fridge for several days. When I finally got better, I cut it into cubes and froze them. Today I used the frozen Watermelon cubes to make this simple Smoothie. You don’t need Strawberries. Why do many Watermelon Smoothie recipes require Strawberries anyway?
