Smashed 🥑 on toast with poached egg 😋😋

This isn't really a "recipe" but its becoming my favourite brekkie and its so easy to make. It's a good one to pull out of the hat if you have guests staying over and you want to wow them at breakfast!

I don't like it just sliced and added to bread for a sandwich as its very greasy so grilling it rids it of some grease and tastes so much nicer. It went well with the Avocado grilled too a nice warming Breakfast for the October cold weather.

It’s such a lovely weekend and I’ve been in the garden making a start on all of the jobs. I came in for a super quick lunch and realised my avocado was finally ripe! This is a very simple #lunch idea, I had mine on seeded sunflower bread.

Inspired by another recipe which I didn't have all of the ingredients for this morning, I made do 🤪Added a pinch of chilli flakes and garam masala to a small tin of baked beans. No mango chutney, so used a couple of dollops of marmalade and natural yoghurt out of a Muller fruit corner. It doesn’t come much simpler than this but it’s still a bit of a breakfast treat. Add lemon juice or other things if you want - even an egg.

This is one of my favourite brunches to make. I love creating meals with an Indian twist when it comes to flavours and this is one of them. Everyone enjoys egg on toast, so here's a twist. Top layer of egg, soft bread in the middle and fried bread at the bottom. (Please note only 1 egg otherwise the toast will burn before the egg cooks)
