Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 slicesgranary bread, toasted
  2. 1avocado, just the flesh
  3. 1vine tomato, sliced
  4. Salt (I always use sea salt)
  5. Ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the avocado flesh with a fork.

  2. 2

    Spread over the toast and top with the tomato slices.

  3. 3

    Season to taste and enjoy.
