Cooking Instructions

Cut your yam big size wash it add salt and water then cook.after that allow the yam to cool then cut it in a triangle shape break your eggs add curry powder onion spices and salt.

Then put the triangle yam in to the bowl of egg and mix

Then put your veg oil in a pan and heat.put the yams and fry until crispy then serve.happy iftar
