Mutton Karahi
Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, salt, Arad, Taj, elaichi, miri, lawing, red chilli powder and little oil.
Let it Marinate for 2-3 hours.
Cook it on low Don't add water.
Cut about 4-5 tomatoes take a tin of onion and tomato mix (boil it and Liquidise it). Take about two handful crushed fried onions add in mutton.
Add your Liquidise tomatoes in mutton add when the mutton is not too soft. - 2
Let it cook nicely on low.
Add a cup of yought and let it cook again.
Lastly add kasthuri methi and garam masala.
Garnish it with fresh grated ginger and fresh coriander.
