Wash and mix salt and turmeric powder into the hilsa pieces

Heat oil and shallow fry the fish

Now remove and add the mustard seeds and poppy seeds paste

Add green chillies, turmeric powder and salt and mix
- 5
Add water and boil the gravy
- 6
Add fish pieces and boil for 2-3 minutes and serve
