2 tbspcorn
2 tbsppeas
2 tbspgrated carrot
1green chilli
2garlic cloves
As neededCoriander leaves
To tasteSalt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
For slurry--
2 tbspflour
1 tbspcornflour
To tasteSalt
As neededWater
As neededBread crumb for coating

Steps

Take all vegetables in a bowl and all spices

Mash and mix finely

Make sticks of mix
4

Add slurry ingredients in a bowl and whisk

Take bread crumb in a plate

Dip sticks in slurry
7

And roll in bread crumb
8

Coat finely and keep in freeze for 1 an hour

Heat oil and fry till golden
