Take one pan and pour water.when water is boiling add egg and let it boil on medium heat.after boiled Peel up and fry with hot oil.

Take one another pan, heat oil and add cardamom then add onion cooked and stir until brown, about 5 minutes add tomato, ginger garlic paste,cook for another 4 minutes until gravy thickens.

Add turmeric,chilli,cumin, coriander powder and cook until fragrant about 1minute.ani stir all nicely.

Pour water into the pan.Bring gravy to boil add salt,sugar and stir.Slip egg into the pan.Cook until flavors combine about 5 minutes.

Egg Curry is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.serve hot with hot rice
