Cut the onion in circular piece.

In a bowl, add besan, some water, add salt, turmeric powder

Mix well and make a thick paste. Add the onions.

Add oil in the kadhai. Heat it. Add the onion which is in the paste in the oil. Fry till it's golden brown in all sides. Take it out. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
