Gushtaba (meat balls)

Make a paste of tomatoes and poppy seed separately.. cut the potatoes in cubes and keep a side

In a pot heat oil now add slice onion and saute till golden brown colour

Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, curd and poppy seed paste mix it well

Add 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and Coriander powder mix it well.. add water and saute until oil comes above

In a big bowl add mince along with all remaining spices & chopped onion mix it well all the things and make a small balls

Now add these balls in a gravy along with potatoes cubes mix well add water and cooked till it's become soft and tender

When it's become soft adjust a gravy in thick consistency topped with coriander leaves and serve

Serve hot with slice onion and curd
