Ingredients

  • 100 gramsthin semai(vermicelli)
  • As per taste sugar
  • 1 ltrmilk
  • 1/2 cardamoms
  • 2 tbspcondensed milk
  • 1 tbspdesi ghee
  • As required chopped nuts and raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee into a pan,crackle cardamoms

  2. 2

    Add semai,roast it until aromat

  3. 3

    In another pot boil milk add sugar once the sugar dissolves add roasted semai and allow it to cook.

  4. 4

    Add nuts and raisins and serve hot
