Ingredients

30 minutes
2 persons
  1. 2round brinjals
  2. For green garlic paste:
  3. 1 cupchopped green garlic
  4. 1 cupchopped coriander
  5. 4green chillies
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. For gravy:
  8. 2onions
  9. 6garlic cloves
  10. 1 cuptomato puree
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  14. 4 tbspoil
  15. To tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make thick paste out of ingredients of green garlic paste. Make thick slices of brinjals. Apply paste both sides of brinjal slices & cook it from both sides,by adding few drops of oil in non stick pan.

    Make paste of onion garlic. Heat oil in pan, saute onion garlic paste. Once it sauteed properly, add tomato puree, rest of spices and salt and let it cook for 5-7 minutes on slow flame, then turn of heat.

    At the time of serving add prepared brinjal slices in hot gravy and service hot with any indian flat bread.
