Take a bowl add rice flour,semolina,palm juice,salt&milk mix well &rest it 2 hour.After 2 hour add sugar,desecated coconut &cadamom powder mix well.CUT the turmeric leaf pieces fold it as pan shape by stiching with a bamboo stick.Fill the batter with this turmeric pan.

Put this on a bowl.Heat a pan add 2cup water put a stand & put the dumpling bowl on it.Cover it for 20 mints.After 20 mints palm dumpling is ready.

Cool it and serve with milk or any type of curry.
