Ingredients

1 bowlpoha
50 gmPeanut
1/2 tsp turmeric power
1-2green chilli
To tastesalt
1 tsp mustard seeds
As requiredCoriander leaves
As requirednamkeen
As neededOil for frying

Steps

First wash the poha for 2,3 times & then rest it for 5 minutes

Then hot oil in a pan and saute mustard seeds & turmeric power, next add poha & mix well, then add salt to taste mix with poha.

Then add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and mix with poha garnish by salted Peanuts.
