Ingredients

2 servings

1 cup Frozen sweet Corn Kernels
2 tbspOnion – chopped finely
1 tbspTomato- cut into small square pieces
2 tsp Butter
2 tbspCucumber- cut into small square pieces
2 tbspCoriander leaves- finely chopped
to tasteSalt
2 tspLemon juice-
pinch chat masala powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder

Steps

Blanch the corn kernels for 5 minutes and drain the excess water.

In a skillet heat the butter and toast the blanched corns for few minutes.

In a mixing bowl add in everything and give it a good mix.

Serve immediately after mixing and enjoy.
