Ingredients

250 gmOkra or Bhindi
1boiled potato chopped in cubes
1onion chopped into chunks
1tomato chopped
Salt
3green chillies
3dry red chilies
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
1/2 tspMustard seeds
2 tbspOil
1/2 Cup Curd beaten

Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and splutter

Add Bhindi, potato and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add spices and mix well.

Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes

Add the curd just before serving
