Take a wok put clarified butter hot then sago frying in butter and after frying sago soak in water for 2 hours.

Take a half litre milk boil then add sago mix and cook.

Take a pan add half litre milk then milk boil add sugar and jackfruit pcs mix and cook.

Take a bowl put rice flour and water mix then make a dough rest for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes make a equal size balls.

Take a 1 litre milk boil then add rice balls mix and cook for 30 to 40 minutes at slow heat.After cook then mix sago and jack fruit mix.

Then garnish pista and enjoy.
