For the tomato sauce: Boil the 5 tomatoes in a pot.

In a skillet, lightly fry the tortillas with a little oil. Here, I chose 3 nopal tortillas.

Once the tomatoes are ready, blend them with the garlic, onion, and a pinch of salt. Then pour the sauce into a pot to cook.

When the sauce is ready, add the tortillas and the panela cheese. Enjoy!
