Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. 1large green capsicum
  3. 1large red capsicum
  4. 1large yellow capsicum
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 tspsafron
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and set aside

  2. 2

    Add black pepper

  3. 3

    Cut the vegetables into cubes

  4. 4

    Let it boil and when almost dry, cover the rice to steam

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and add the rice

  6. 6

    After 2 mins salt and fry for 3 mins

  7. 7

    Add the saffron and stir

  8. 8

    Add hot water double amount the rice

  9. 9

    When cooked stir in the veges and wait for 1min, enjoy with a protein.

  10. 10
