Preheat oven, prepare your ingredients and dust your baking tin.....mix chocolate chip and raisins in the flour so that they don't sink while baking....set a side.

Separate egg yolk from whites beat egg whites till they double

Add egg egg yolks beat again on medium speed.....now add your sugar 1spoon at a time while continue beating....

Add vanilla essence....and beat for 2mins.....now sift flour into your egg mixture and fold in till there is no streaks

Now your raisins are dusted after folding in flour now fold in your remaining raisins on the seive and fold in....pour into your baking tin, bake for 60mins or until your skewer comes out clean

For syrup; wash and dice your strawberries, put in a sufuria add 2-3tsp of icing sugar and 1/2cup water let it cook on a low heat it the strawberries have dissolves to make the syrup

Now level your cake into two feed your cake with syrup and whipping cream...I added blueberry filling also

Cover your cake with whipping cream and decorate as desired....!

You can serve with milk, tea, or juice.....very delish dessert....I served with pineapple juice.....enjoy!
