Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  3. 2eggs
  4. 300 mlCoca-Cola
  5. 3 tspsugar
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1 Tbspmelted butter
  8. 50 mlcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredient in a bowl and whisk well

  2. 2

    Leave for 10 minute to settle the mixture

  3. 3

    Heat your pan and spray cooking oil.not to hot

  4. 4

    Use a serving soup spoon to pour the mixture over the pan

  5. 5

    Fry on both sides evenly till desired brown is archieved

  6. 6

    Serve with hot spicy cup of tea
