Ingredients

  1. 250 mlfresh cream
  2. 180 g (1/2 can)caramel treat
  3. 155 gNestle cream
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 tspcaramel essence
  6. 4salted caramel shortbread cookies crushed or biscuits of your choice
  7. Topping
  8. Whipped cream for piping
  9. Salted caramel sauce
  10. 2 tablespoonscaramel treat
  11. 3 tablespoonsfresh cream
  12. Pinchsalt
  13. 80 gplain chocolate melted (Beat together until smooth)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whip the fresh cream until stiff and set aside

  2. 2

    Beat the caramel treat and Nestle cream together

  3. 3

    Gently fold the fresh cream into the caramel mixture (do not ovetmix)

  4. 4

    Add the salt, crushed biscuits and essence, fold gently

  5. 5

    Pipe into serving bowls, top with a swirl of whipped cream and drizzle salted caramel sauce over
