Steps

Wash throughly brinjals.cut into 2 each cut into 4 one side pack.Keep aside for 5 mins.

Heat oil in pan.Crush all the spices except powder now mix salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida.

Coat inner side of brinjals.

Heat oil in a pan,put all coated brinjals stir softly cover with lid. cook until brinjals turn soft or cooked properly.Stir time to time.
