Ingredients

  1. 1 tspMedium sized shrimp/prawns Ginger and garlic paste
  2. 1egg
  3. 1tspn corn flour
  4. 1 tsp maida (all purpose flour)
  5. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tbspbreadcrumbs
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash shrimp with cold water and drain them.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste to the shrimp,lemon juice, black pepper, red chilli powder and marinate it for an hour in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    After an hour add egg, corn flour, Maida for binding.

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste. roll in the prawns with breadcrumbs and drop into hot oil for extra cripyness.

  5. 5

    Drain shrimp on a paper towel, eat, and enjoy!
